Rocoulus bar and restaurant is inside the campsite and welcomes guests every day with excellent dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal products of typical Umbrian cuisine. The restaurant is the ideal place to enjoy a quick meal during lunch such as platters, pasta, salads, sandwiches or for dinners in absolute relaxation and tranquility. Among the restaurant’s proposals you will also find traditional Umbrian menus and special menus.
The bar is also the right location for fresh afternoon snacks based on granita and homemade ice creams or snacks.
It will be a real joy to taste the dishes in the garden, by the pool or in the picturesque gazebo in the lawn.
Rocoulus is also the restaurant for dinners with friends, business dinners and ceremonies.

Rocolo has two swimming pools available: one for adults and one for children, both of which are open everyday, even for daily guests at the campsite.
In the evenings, the pool area is transformed into a delightful area for meals, parties and other events.
In this area, the campsite comes alive with music, entertainment and good food from spring time right through to autumn.

For our younger guests there is a wonderful park equipped with traditional wooden climbing frames, a tower with a little bridge, and, of course, a roundabout, swings and a chute.

We have an open air gym area equipped with several machines such as sky stepper, il pull down, lo squat pushing, il waist twister, il power push, il pull down challenger.

Roccolo has much of the gym equipment that you will see in most urban parks in big cities. Every piece of equipment has user instructions in order that guests can work out independently.

Rocolo has several pitches for campervans, caravans and tents. Each pitch is on grass and is equipped with electricity and running water.

There are 80 pitches in total, each of which is located between the olive trees or in the two forests of oak trees. The ample space allows us at Rocolo to guarantee privacy and quiet to all of our guests.

A beautiful barbecue area is available to all of our clients who don’t want to miss an opportunity to enjoy tasty grilled meats with friends.
Three barbecues, tables and wooden benches are all available for use within this area not only for resident guests but also for daily guests who wish to organise dinners or private parties.

There is an information area within the reception where guests can discover all the wonderful things to see and do in Perugia and in the Umbria region.

Rocolo is equipped with toilet facilities for all guests which include: 11 showers with hot water included in the price, toilets, wash hand basins and changing rooms.
The laundry area is also located here and includes token operated washing machines, clothes baskets and basins suitable for hand washing clothes.

Rocolo campsite is situated in the heart of the Trinità hills surrounded by nature, however the old town of Perugia is easily accessible by car and by bus.

BY CAR Park and ride is the easiest option since Perugia old town is by and large pedestrianised. Park at Pian di Massiano car park which is situated approximately 3 miles away and take the Minimetrò to the town centre.

BY BUS The old town of Perugia can be reached by bus within 15 minutes. There is a bus stop opposite the entrance gate of Rocolo. Take bus Z4 or G. See www.umbraimobilita.it

The ample space at Rocolo allows us to welcome small dogs and cats. Rocolo also provides an area for cats and dogs with plenty of shade and drinking water.

Cars are permitted to be parked at clients’ pitch next to their tent or caravan.

A large supermarket situated only 500m from Rocolo is open every day from 8am until 9pm including Sundays.
